As we continue to grow, we're looking for a warm, outgoing team member to join our Jax Beach studio. This part-time position offers 20 to 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome: You’ll be the first person clients see, so your role is crucial in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We want clients to feel comfortable and excited about their wellness journey.
- Educate: Provide clients with information about our cutting-edge services, from infrared saunas to full-body cryotherapy. You’ll explain membership options, pricing, and answer any questions they may have.
- Sell: Help clients choose the best Membership or single services to fit their needs. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will drive them to invest in their well-being.
- Support: Escort clients to service rooms, assist with scheduling, checkouts, and setting up new client profiles.
- Maintain: Help keep the studio clean and organized, contributing to the relaxing and positive environment we create for everyone.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing Personality: We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a customer-facing role.
- Passion for Wellness: Whether it's fitness, health, or holistic wellness, your enthusiasm for helping people improve their lives will shine.
- Customer Service Experience: One year of experience in a retail or service environment is preferred, but we value your eagerness to learn even more!
- Tech-Savvy: Prior experience with scheduling software like Mindbody is a plus, but not a must—we provide paid training.
